This presentation will provide valuable information to Undergraduates and Sponsoring Graduate Chapters on developing and implementing a sustainable transition succession plan pathway down the Blue Brick Road from undergraduate to graduate chapters, acquiring tips along the way on building financial capacity and transparency which will strengthen sustainability as undergraduate chapters navigate the revolving cycle of graduating Sorors.
