Kappa Iota Zeta Youth Auxiliaries
Pearlettes are girls ages 4-8 mentored by ladies of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. to become outstanding leaders in their communities. Pearlettes are precious preschool and elementary-age young ladies who want to emulate Zeta’s ideals of Finer Womanhood, Scholarship, Community Service, and Sisterhood. The purpose of the Pearlettes youth auxiliary group is to teach young girls the importance of serving their community and developing high academics and personal standards. Through various programs sponsored by Kappa Iota Zeta, Pearlettes gain greater self-esteem, lasting friendships, cultural enhancement, and social awareness.
Amicettes are girls ages 9-13 mentored by the ladies of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. Being a teenage girl today is hard enough; becoming one can be even more challenging. Pre-teens have their own set of issues and concerns. The Amicette program helps girls become confident teens who have good self-esteem, understand the world around them, and are committed to excelling inside and outside the classroom.
Archonettes are girl’s ages 14-18 years old who are mentored by ladies of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. Being a teen and becoming a young adult can be an amazing, inspiring, and overwhelming experience. The Archonette program helps high school girls navigate everything from the pitfalls of peer pressure to the dizzying array of college choices to develop the skills they need to become successful leaders.
