Below you will find the details on how to schedule a Webex meeting. On the Webex Meeting Scheduler page there are 2 calendars. If you do not see the date / time you desire on calendar 1 go to calendar 2. All meetings need to be scheduled 14 days or more in advance. This will ensure the technology committee can have a tech available for your meeting. If your meeting will last longer than 1 hour please add that in the comments section when you are booking the meeting.
Note, any town hall meetings or special called meetings by the International President and CEO, Dr. Stacie N.C. Grant, Southeastern Regional Director, Vicki Pearson, Georgia State Director, Tecia McKay, Kappa Iota Zeta President, Michelle Langham-Robinson, Kappa Iota Zeta Executive Board Chair, Dr. Mildred McCoy will take precedent over all other meetings. Meaning if they conflict, your meeting could be canceled.
How to schedule a Webex Meeting
2. On the calendar select your date/time
3. Fill out form
4. Select Schedule Event
5. The system will automatically send you an email saying you have scheduled a meeting.
6. You will receive an email from the technology committee { technology@zphibkiz.org } confirming the meeting and informing you of your tech person.
How to cancel a Webex Meeting
Send an email to technology@zphibkiz.org with the subject " Cancel Webex Session ". In the email give the date and time of your meeting.
How to schedule an Emergency Webex Meeting
This should be used if an emergency meeting or special meeting is needed. This meeting should only cover the topic for the emergency meeting.
